ACE Hours: 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Morning Drop-off: Drop-off is from 8:30-8:59 am. During this time, bunk counselors will be waiting and available to take campers from cars directly to their bunks. Upon entering the parking lot at the lower school, stay right and follow the gravel path, keep the parking lot to your left. This will take you around the back of the lot, and then back to the front of the gym. Please don't cut through the parking lot to enter the circle. When pulling into the circle in front of the gym, please be sure to circle around to the end of the sidewalk - this will enable as many cars as possible to be assisted by counselors. Drivers are encouraged to stay in your cars. The counselors will unbuckle the children and escort them out of the car safely. Please park in the parking lot if you are bringing your camper to the his/her bunk.

Afternoon Pick-up: Pick-up is from 3:00 to 3:20 pm. Campers who have not been picked up during this window of time will be taken to ACE (After-Care Experience) which will be in the multi-purpose room, which is in the basement of the gym, and then to the pool at 3:30 pm. All campers will be in the gym during afternoon pick-up. Upon entering the parking lot at the lower school, stay right and follow the gravel path, keep the parking lot to your left. This will take you around the back of the lot, and then back to the front of the gym. Please don't cut through the parking lot to enter the circle. Since we are dismissing all campers from the same location, this new route is to ensure that we do not block traffic along Old Gulph Rd. Please have your car signs visible upon pulling into the circle. When pulling into the circle in front of the gym, please be sure to circle around to the end of the sidewalk - this will enable as many cars as possible to be assisted by counselors. A counselor with a microphone will announce the child's name, and a counselor will bring the child to your car. Again, please don't get out of your car in the car line - please park in the parking lot if you need to get out of your car.
